Business Communication Skills

Possessing effective communication skills is a vital component to meeting your goals in the workplace. A Business Communication Skills Course can be designed for both native and non-native speakers of a language, and can last anywhere from 1-2 days to a period of months. We will work with you to maximize the return on your training investment by creating and delivering a flexible course based on your needs.

Courses can focus on one or several modules including business writing, voice training, accent reduction and elocution. As a result, not only will you save considerable time and money otherwise spent on editing your writing and clarifying your speech, you will gain invaluable confidence enabling you to establish stronger relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

One-to-One Language Training Lessons

One-to-One Courses give you the utmost flexibility in terms of your language needs and availability. We'll look at the course duration, lesson length and types of input to match the best trained teacher and program with your current level and desired learning outcomes. These courses are all about you, and therefore you will be able to determine what you learn and how you learn from the start.

Two-to-One Courses are also available, although when two people share lessons, it's essential that you are equally as proficient in the language, and that you agree on course content prior to beginning.

Small Group Language Courses for Business

We are experienced in working with both large and small corporations and organizations to bring flexible, efficient and cost-effective tuition. Prior to the beginning of any tailor-made group course, delegates will complete a needs analysis form and a pre-course oral assessment to ensure the course is compatible with their learning styles and needs. Once a course is underway, you can view lesson reports from the trainer, track how many lessons have been taken, and access attendance registers through our online reporting system. As with any tailor-made course, we will collect regular feedback from participants and ensure the course is of the quality you would expect.
